Commercial - Sommelier
My father's family, who was from Zamora, already made wine for private consumption and they also shared it with some neighbors.
My sommelier training was at Eshob, in the 2017-2019 class.
My professional experience is divided into two moments: in the hospitality industry from 2004 to 2008 passing through several hotels Hotel Miramar5, Hotel AC Gavá Mar 4, Hotel Capital 4 and in a restaurant like Rte Nectari.tari.
In 2008 I changed course, without losing the path of my passion which is the world of wine, and I decided to switch to the commercial sector. In April 2015 I appeared at the door of Vincelona with renewed illusions. Here I found a group of people who agreed on what makes us smile every morning, the world of wine.
We enjoy making it known to those people we technically call clients, but who end up being friends throughout our relationship.
