Preparation:
Maintaining the style of this estate, the wine is vinified in small 10,000-litre tanks, where the different plots of our vineyard ferment separately, to later define the blend that will make up the new vintage of Casar de Burbia. The wine is aged for two months on its own lees before finally being transferred to second and third-year French oak barrels for a time according to the vintage type, which usually ranges from 10 to 12 months.
