Preparation:
We carry out a low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks that lasts an average of 45 days.
We then carry out a long aging process with its fine lees, lasting approximately eight months. In this wine, we specifically work with several tanks, with the intention of working the aroma and the palate separately to finally assemble and achieve the best in each of their tasting phases.
