Preparation:
We achieve elegance in the sand-granite soils, with the Garnacha, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, and maximum photosynthetic function, resulting in a complete ripening of the grape.
In the slate soils (minerality), we find a Cariñena from old vines with maximum yields of 1 Kg per vine.
Cold maceration, red winemaking, long maceration, and combined fermentation in stainless steel tanks and French oak foudres.
Aging of 18 months in Bordeaux barrels made of French oak.
Alcohol content: 14.50º
