We achieve elegance in the sand-granite soils, along with the Garnacha, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, thanks to maximum photosynthetic function, resulting in full grape ripening.
In slate soils (mineral character), we find a Cariñena from old vines with maximum yields of 1 kg per vine.
Cold pre-fermentation, red winemaking, long maceration, and combined fermentation in stainless steel tanks and French oak foudres.Aging for 18 months in French oak Bordeaux barrels.
Alcohol content: 14.50%
