Winemaking Process:
This Corpinnat is made from dark-skinned Xarel·lo with subtle notes of red Grenache. After a brief skin contact maceration where we extract a subtle hint of color, it ferments at low temperature to preserve its aromas. Following secondary fermentation and 12 months of bottle aging, it develops its fresh, rustic character.
