Corpinnat obtained from Xarel.lo with dark skin and subtle notes of red garnacha.After a skin maceration leveling in which we extract a pinch of color, it ferments at a low temperature to preserve the aromas.After the second fermentation and 12 months of rest in the bottle, they configure its fresh and rustic character.
