Preparation:
The three varieties come from two old vineyard estates, 90 and 110 years old, located in the flattest area of the region where the terroir is alluvial, formed by rounded stones and sand.
The grenaches have fermented and aged for 8 months in French oak barrels with stirring of their lees (batonnage).
The white Cariñena has been vinified in a stainless steel tank at low temperature, remaining in contact with its lees until blending.
