The three varieties come from two old vineyards, 90 and 110 years old, located in the flattest area of the region where the terroir is alluvial formed by pebble stones and sand.
The Grenache have been fermented and aged for 8 months in French oak barrels with batonnage removed from their lees.).
The white Carignan has been vinified in a stainless steel vat at a low temperature, remaining in contact with its lees until assembly.
