Production:
The three varieties come from two old-vine estates, 90 and 110 years old, located in the flattest area of the region, where the terroir is alluvial, made up of rounded stones and sand.
The Grenache varieties have fermented and aged for 8 months in French oak barrels with lees stirring (batonnage).
The white Carignan has been vinified in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature, remaining in contact with its lees until blending.
