Preparation:
All the must, along with the skins, is transferred to stainless steel tanks to undergo fermentation for 8 days at a controlled temperature (29ºC) and subsequently, the maceration, from which an intense color is extracted, is extends for another 20 days.
Finally, the wine will age for 7 months in French and American oak barrels, after which it will be filtered and bottled.
