The wines from the Tempranillo and Graciano varieties have been produced and aged separately, managing to preserve the fruitiness of Tempranillo and enhance the complexity of Graciano with its spicy character.
Both wines have undergone malolactic fermentation in new French and American oak barrels.
It has remained in new barrels for 16 months:
