Bestué Joven is made from Garnacha grapes grown in vineyards in the heart of Somontano.
The grapes are destemmed and ferment for 8 days at a maximum temperature of 26 ºC. Once maceration is complete (12-15 days) and malolactic fermentation has finished (10-15 days), the wine rests in American and French oak barrels for several months before being filtered and bottled.
