Preparation:
We ferment the must in 5,000-liter wooden foudres and subsequently age it in French oak barrels of different sizes, 225, 400, 600, and 700 liters for an average period of 16 months, in French oak barrels. It is a wine that represents the classicism of mencía berciano, pleasant and with aging potential.
