Noelia Bebelia is an Albariño white wine from a single 3 ha. plot where Simón and Noelia carry out minimalist viticulture, working vine by vine. Great wines are born in the vineyard and therefore the entire Noelia Bebelia estate is parameterized via Google with the aim of reaching the optimal ripeness with the least possible intervention. It is 100% organic agriculture from the Sotomaior subzone and the granitic soils of Xabre.
