Preparation:
We carry out a low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks that lasts an average of 45 days.
Subsequently, we carried out a long aging with its fine lees, for approximately eight months. In this wine, we specifically work with several tanks, with the intention of working the aroma and the mouth separately to finally assemble and achieve the best in each of its tasting phases.
