Preparation:
After a light pressing, we let the must macerate with the skins slightly to give it a bit of structure on the palate.
The fermentation starts in steel stainless steel, but the finishing in used barrels of 500 and 600 liters of French oak, where it will also remain for about a year to complete its aging in oak, always in contact with its own lees, which are removed to avoid reductions in the wine.
Its final stage will be outside the barrels, in stainless steel tanks, where the wine will remain for 7 more months in contact with its lees and will finish stabilizing and rounding out.
