We achieve elegance in the granite-sand soils, with the Garnacha, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, maximizing photosynthetic activity and therefore full ripening of the grapes.
In the slate soils (minerality), we find a Cariñena from old vines with maximum yields of 1 Kg / vine.
Cold pre-maceration, red winemaking, long maceration, and combined fermentation in stainless steel tanks and French oak foudres. Aged for 18 months in Bordeaux-style French oak barrels.
