Winemaking Process:
We achieve elegance from the sandy-granite soils, using the Garnacha, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties for maximum photosynthetic activity and therefore complete ripeness of the grapes.
From the slate soils (which add mineral character) we source a Cariñena from old vines with a maximum yield of 1 kg per vine.
Cold pre-fermentation maceration, red wine vinification, extended aging, and combined fermentation in stainless steel tanks and French oak foudres. 18 months of aging in Bordelaise French oak barrels.
Alcohol Content: 14.50%
