After a light pressing, we let the must macerate with the skins slightly to give it a bit of structure in the mouth.
Fermentation is started in steelstainless, but finishing in used 500 and 600 liter French oak barrels, where it will also remain for about a year until its aging in oak is complete, always in contact with its own lees, which are removed to avoid reductions in the wine.
Its last stage will be outside the barrels, in stainless steel tanks, where the wine will remain in contact with its lees for 7 more months and will finish stabilizing and rounding off.
