Elaboration:
Once the grapes reach their optimum ripening point, then all the must, together with the skins, goes to stainless steel tanks to proceed to fermentation for 8 days at a controlled temperature (29ºC) and later, the maceration, from which an intense color is extracted, continues for another 20 days.
Finally, the wine will age for 7 months in French and American oak barrels, after which it will be filtered and bottled.
