We make the wine in a completely traditional way, from the harvest to the grain-by-grain destemming.We ferment in open French oak vats.
Subsequently, we let it rest in French oak barrels, where it seeks a fine and subtle contribution from the wood, for a specific time of 14 months, time in which the mineral traits of the wine will settle until a rich subtlety and elegance are achieved.
Finally, the rest in the bottle will be a fundamental part of the production, since all the richness that this vineyard offers requires an oscillating period of time in the bottle that rounds off all its excellent qualities.
