Bestué Joven is made with Garnacha grapes from vineyards grown in the heart of Somontano.
The grapes are destemmed, fermented for 8 days at a maximum temperature of 26ºC.Once maceration (12-15 days) and malolactic fermentation (10-15 days) are complete, the wine rests in American and French oak barrels for a few months before being filtered and bottled.
