We carry out a low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks that lasts an average of 45 days.
Later we carry out a long aging with its fine lees, of approximately eight months.In this wine we work specifically with several deposits, with the intention of working thearoma and the mouth separately to finally assemble and achieve the best in each of its tasting phases.
