Maintaining the style of this house, the wine is vinified in small 10,000-litre tanks, where the different plots of our vineyard ferment separately, to later define the blend that will make up the new vintage of Casar de Burbia.The wine is aged for two months on its own lees to finally enter second and third year French oak barrels for atime according to the type of vintage, which is usually around 10-12 months.
