Visual Aspect:

In this phase, we observe the color of the wine, its fluidity, transparency, intensity, and cleanliness. Regarding the color, it will depend on whether it is a white, rosé, or red wine.

In the case of sparkling wines, we will also talk about the amount of carbon dioxide and its size.

  • White wines: we will always say that the color is yellow, and within this, the hue will vary depending on its evolution; ranging from greenish, lemon, straw, golden, amber, pale gold, old gold, coppery, and caramel.

  • Rosé wines: we will always say that the color is pink, and within this, the hue will vary depending on its evolution; ranging from violet, cherry, strawberry, orange, salmon, and onion skin.

  • Red wines: we will always say that the color is red, and within this, the hue will vary depending on its evolution; ranging from violet, purple, garnet, cherry, cherry, ruby, tile, brick, and orange.
