Tebaida 5 is the pure expression of Viña Sapita and what we try to make is not to get in the way of this expression.To do this, we allow the vinification to be completed in 500-litre open French oak barrels, always with the vineyard's own yeasts.We watch so that everything develops normally, although we rarely have to intervene in this process.Subsequently, it rests in 225 and 700 liter barrels for a period that is usually around 18 months.At this time we let time work with the wine and leave it in the bottle rack for a few years until it finishes refining.The result is a combination of elegance, structure and complexity that we understand as having a very long life ahead of us.
